Hello!
I am new to the Master Cleanse and really want to try it but I have one main concern.  I work 8-5 as I'm sure a lot of you do and I don't know when to complete the salt water flush.  I work in a dental office with one bathroom in the main lobby and really don't want to be "cleansing" in a waiting room with patients all morning.  I was wondering if it was possible to do the flush in the afternoon when I get off, or if that messes things up.  I really  want to try the cleanse so if that works then I'm going to jump in on Sunday!  If anyone has any advice they can offer I'd really appreciate it!

Thanks

Hi Maggie K andSmiley

The herbal laxative tea at night and the SWF in the morning work in conjunction with each other, the herbal laxative tea loosens and the salt water washes the nasty stuff out. Neither one by itself is quite as effective.

It may take 2-3 days for your body to adjust to this cleanse, but the SWF will become more predictable as time goes on, usually 2 hours or less once the bulk of the waste in your colon is gone.

One solution if you have to go to work is to make the salt water solution at night while you're having your herbal laxative tea, leaving it set at room temperature. Then set your alarm clock for about 2½ hours before you need to leave your house, when the alarm goes off shake the SWF up, chug it down and go back to bed, it will wake you up in an hour or so and you should be done with the eliminations from it in another hour or less. Once you get used to your body's response you can adjust your times accordingly. It is good to do it for the first time on a weekend if you're unsure how your body will react.
