Back again.. I got my ingredients and AM ready to cleanse and purge...
I've done the MC cleanse 3 or 4 times in the past years .. My most successful cleanse was 22 days.. i felt amazing and reaped so many great benefits..
My DH is away for 10days so figured its a good time for me to get started and aim for atleast 12 days if not longer... the first 3 days are the hardest so crossing my fingers to push thru... Also looking for support too...
My keys to success last time..
-Lots and lots of water in addition to Lemonde mix.
-Lots of sleep.. (not feel guilty especially first few days)
-Make sure to have BM's... get the junk out..
-also stay present and in the moment.. If you tell yourself, you're starving your gonna feel hungry..
-Keep reminding yourself you will eat again.. I think thats the hardest part everyone feels like they will be deprived forever... but again after the first few days and if you keep your water intake up, you do feel great and not hungry..
-Also don't feel guilty not attending parites (bday or any eating events).. Try to think of you and your health first... (I hate going anywhere and everyone askin me why i can't eat or drink) I just try to avoid and gatherings and stay on track for my goal...
