I started off not eating meat, soda 1/02/12. I have 1 small Tropicana orange juice and water the rest of they day.  I have lost about 12pds since then. I was eating 1 cup of rice, vegetarian, boil peanuts, apples and tangerines. I know that will help me into my journey because the detox won't be as hard.  So let's Do It My Lemon head Family!!!!!

Yes, as I say in THIS POST: "It's also good to include as much fruit and raw veggies in the diet for a week or so prior to starting, which will help immensely in reducing the intensity of the initial detox symptoms; as will eliminating processed foods, refined sweeteners, hydrogenated/saturated fats, meats and concentrated proteins as much as possible."
