So here's my goal for the Master Cleanse:
1. Erase my body of its toxins and some awful food from a week of training at my new restaurant job.
2. Lift my mind from it's cravings and break my binge habit.
3. Loose the bloated stomach and some grabbage in hip and thigh places.
4. Return raw fruits and vegetables to the eating part of my lifestyle.
Alright, haha help.

Well, don't do that, you're all helping yourselves through your own adventure so instead, throw me a bit of advice if you will, or a positive sticky note. I am 21 and have adopted a rather splendid raw veg/fruit diet that's about 6 months old now; however, my secret binging habits and bloody RANDOM cravings have brought me to this cleanse that is actually quite nice only... my boyfriend's mum just offered me some Thai food from a local shop and I'm dying to have a bite! Can't believe I've been thinking about actually taking her offer but I am! I already cheated yesterday AND today (large nibbles of an organic Indian dish my boyfriend cooked up) so my mind's going "aw come on. Just have some again. Maybe you'll vomit it up and then it'll be like nothing happened at all." Oh no right? Indeed.

So... want to push through. Need to push through. Don't want to have wasted the money on the ingreds and it's cruel to our minds when we act like there's this revolution going on and then we go reporting back to the "evil empire" or whatever you call that mixed up part of your brain that gives you all the wrong directions that sound and taste so good. I don't really want to go back.
Good luck to all of you. Let's do the hard things regardless of... everything haha even ourselves!
(On a side note though, have I totally blotched my cleanse by the nibbles? How do I fix this other than just keeping on? Add another day perhaps?)
