Dear All,
I am 23, and I haven't been this unhealthy since my freshman year of college. I am around 5'5 and 125 pounds, my normal weight my whole life has been around 103-107. I would really like to cleanse my stomach because I often have issues with it. Today is really hard, and I haven't told my fiancee I'm doing it so I'm a bit nervous. Is anyone starting around now too? Can I use fresh lime if I don't have lemon? I'd really appreciate any support I can get.

| Hi,
I'm lso 23 and i'm about to start MC tomorrow. I hope I can do this. I've gained 25 lbs when I was overseas and I have been emotionally eating ever since. i really want to fit into my old clothes again. hopefully I can do this and lose the weight I gained by the last week of Jan. good luck to us.
