Did I screw up...
I purchased regular lemons
Regular water (some said it had to be organic)
Cheyenne pepper the bottle doesn't say organic but it says all natural
And grade A organtic maple syrup
Natural or pure sea salt it was in the organic isle of the store
And smooth move tea

Regular lemons are okay, organic are better. If they're not organic don't use the zest, if they are organic it's good to add a little zest to your lemonade formula. Of related interest, click on: Parcells Oxygen Soak & the "Lemon Test"

I've never heard of organic water. Pure water from a spring or distilled is desirable. Tap water that has been treated is to be avoided.

With the cayenne pepper, organic is preferred but not not absolutely necessary.

About the maple syrup...Grade "A" dark amber is good. The maple syrup needs to be organic because organic certification assures you that no synthetic pesticides or herbicides are used in woodland management, no formaldehyde has been used to clean the lines employed in the tapping of the maple trees. For more on this subject read this post (or the entire thread), click on: Grade B Maple Syrup - and what about Grade C?

The sea salt must be UN-iodized!

"Smooth Move" and "Get Regular" are two of the preferred herbal laxative teas used by cleansers.

Hope this helps.
