| Hello, This is my first time doing the MC. I'm on day 6 and during the entire time I have only had BM in the morning after the SWF. It is immediately afterward with in 5 minutes and there are 2-3 but I have yet to have one during the day. My basic question is should I be having any during the day while drinking the lemonade? I guess I was under the impression that I would be having BM and not just urinating, which I do plenty of that. |

Between the lemonade formula, the herbal laxative tea and the SWF (salt water flush) this cleanse tends to dissolve and liquefy most everything left in your colon when the bulk of fecal matter is eliminated after the first few days, reducing the toxic eliminations to mostly watery stools (butt pee), some days brownish in color, other days semi-clear.

| First of all thanks so much for the fast reply!! I am having a harder time today but pushing forward. My actual questions is should eliminating during the day, some sort of BM? As of today I have only urinated during the day but every morning after the SWF I definitely eliminate. I keep seeing in the postings that people have BM throughout the day? |

I wouldn't be concerned as long as the SWF is working in the morning. I rarely have any bowel activity during the day after 3 days on the cleanse. There's really not much left in there after the SWF does its job.
