The last month and a half I've been devouring anything within arms reach... Mcdonalds, taco bell, pizza, burritos, you know, the most amazing and horrible foods on earth. As a result I gained 20 pounds and a I'm sure my insides look pretty bad from it too. So I decided to do the cleanse as my friend said it worked real good. So it's day one, I'm starving to death and my body is in turnmoil! Not only is my body used to high calorie intake by foods, I'm also an avid drinker. I'm very very bloated and almost in a depressed like state. Also, as said I'm hungry, but I'm slightly turned off by the thought of eating. Like my mind is telling me if you eat now it would probably just make you sick.

Also, is it okay to use a detox pill system while on the cleanse?

Day two is a lot better, although I am irritable and still crave food. The salt water flush "motivated" me... Made me realize this is worth it and all that gunk needs to come out. Pretty nasty!! but I'm addicted to over eating and I haven't caved yet and its only getting easier! I'm proud of myself!
