Hey all!

Planning to start my MC in 2 days time, and I want to start preparing!
(I've read the book word for word and have understood most if not all of it.)

But I have a dilemma.

I can't find Maple Syrup Grade B ANYWHERE!!! I just moved to a small town in Skiatook, Oklahoma where the only groceries are the big corporate Walmart and Reasors. They do, however have Organic Grade A maple syrup.

I've read that Grade B is less refined than Grade A... Less refined is always better isn't it? Will this affect my intake of the nutrients ? Does it differ from Grade B greatly? Or should I just order Grade B online?

Thank You!

SW- 130lbs/Size 4
GW- 110lbs/Size 1
(And no I'm not doing this for weightloss as much as for my... BM's. I'm really irregular and yogurt does NOT help at all. Since moving to my new home I went from little meat to a full blown meat diet, and it has messed my system up! Not to mention I gained 10 unhealthy pounds! I hate to have a BM every 3 or 2 days, I know that's not normal for a living creature that ingests food.)

When you break off the cleanse I highly recommend you start taking probiotics to restore the flora in your colon to its optimal condition. For more, click on: What is a Probiotic formula?
