Anyone remember that from Beverly Cleary?  Pretty sure the word was 'increase' but I'm not thirteen anymore and priorities have changed! 

I went through the cleanse a few months ago with a lot of help from board lurking. But I cheated here and there and whined too much and went totally ape shite eating crap when I was done -- so it was all for naught.  Having been through it once, I'm excited about bumping up my commitment level (which is generally low for all things, except my dog...)
