 Hey all. I just started the MC today.. Was hoping maybe there were others out there just starting and we can help each other along :-). I'm not sure if I am even doing it right but....i HOPE i am. My main reason for doing it is to clean my body out, i go WEEKS without any bowel movements and it sucks!! Obviously the losing weight part is a HUGE PLUS i hope to accomplish as well hehe.. Good Luck to all of those who are on their MC journey ;-).  <3

After the first three days it generally gets much easier.
