I haven't visited for a while, (I'm the creator of this board and corresponding web site)  but you are all in "great hands" as Vegeman is the most knowledgeable person I know about the subject of detoxification, and the Master Cleanser - Lemonade Diet.   Our thanks to you vegeman!
 
I've been busy writing a few books, and one of them is related to eating healthy, without sacrificing ourselves with days of starvation.  The talk for years is about the Mediterranean Diet,  but sometimes, a foreign sounding name sounds complicated.  Well, I'm bringing you my new website, book and making the change to healthy eating habits easier.

How to keep those LOST pounds , is the main concern of all of us. A balanced diet along with physical activity, as well as exercise, dance, or sports, is paramount in our lives to maintain good health and normal weight. We need to consider the Lemonade Diet as part of OUR COMMITMENT to our good health, and think of doing it at least twice a year, followed by a change in your eating habits to natural products.

Your book "Mediterranian Dieting" is a timely compliment to a healthier lifestyle which often is initiated by the MC/Lemonade Diet. The Meal Plans and suggested ingredients "shopping list" web page sold me. I have ordered my copy today.

With all the cookbooks on the market today people are confused about which way to turn and which one to choose, but a little research shows that the Mediterranean Diet is one of the most healthy and most highly recommended diets in the world. Even the Mayo Clinic Staff recommends it as a heart-healthy diet plan on their 'Foundation for Medical Education and Research' site. It states that: "...a 2007 study conducted in the United States found that both men and women who consumed a Mediterranean Diet lowered their risk of death from both heart disease and cancer."

Among the many other benefits of the Mediterranean Diet are weight loss and perhaps more importantly it reduces the risk of rebound weight gain after weight loss has occurred (perfect following 10 days or more on the Master Cleanser regime). This is not a "fad diet" but a planned lifestyle, offering a healthy alternative to the way we shop, cook and eat without resorting to any sort of extremism.
