Hello Members,
I was very excited about starting this cleanse. I became a reluctant lactose intolerant about two years ago and figured I would have a lot of waste to discharge. I am on day 5 today and the only thing that has happened to me so far was a cold from day two to four. My bowel movements are practically just the lemonade I am drinking. Is this right? I'm a bit disappointed.

Symptoms of cold and flu are common when detoxing, many people don't realize that in the beginning of this cleanse it's normal for toxins to be broken loose and circulated in the blood stream faster than they are eliminated. This is why the herbal laxative tea and the SWF are so important.
Between the lemonade formula, the herbal laxative tea and the SWF (salt water flush) this cleanse tends to dissolve and liquefy most everything left in your colon when the bulk of fecal matter is eliminated after the first few days, reducing the toxic eliminations to mostly watery stools ("butt pee"), some days brownish in color, other days semi-clear. I think you'll find your bowel movements will vary from day to day and be mostly in the AM after the SWF. So don't worry, everything is ok.

| This is my fourth day on the Master Cleanse. My first time doing it. My daughter's second time and her overall appearance was convincing enough. I started 4days ago an will complete the 10 by August 24. I was nervous when saw the"black stools." Thank goodness my daughter caught me in time. I thought she didn't know what she was talking about ...this is normal ...right? |
